Electric grill by Ninja, model Woodfire Pro XL OG850EU. XL version of the Woodfire electric BBQ, with four main functions (grill, smoker, outdoor air fryer and roast) and an integrated cooking probe that reads the internal temperature of the meat while it cooks. According to the manufacturer the surface takes up to ten burgers, six steaks or two 3 kg chickens.
When choosing an electric grill, look at the power rating and the usable cooking area, which decide how many portions can be prepared at once, at the coating of the plates and whether they are removable and dishwasher safe, and at the temperature control available. Outdoor models need free space around the appliance and a protected socket suitable for outdoor use; indoor models need an extractor hood or sufficient ventilation. Let the appliance cool down before cleaning it and never immerse the unit that holds the heating element.
