All products are new and comply with the applicable European rules: CE marking and the energy label. The energy class of each model is stated on its product page.
New products are covered by the 2-year statutory warranty for defects under the German Civil Code (BGB). The manufacturer's guarantee, where it exists, applies in addition. We handle the claim with the official technical service.
Free shipping with no minimum order to Germany (2–7 business days) and to the other EU member states (6–8 business days). Times and carriers: see Shipping and Payment Methods.
You have 30 calendar days to return an order. Returns from Germany are free, even if you simply change your mind. For returns from other EU countries €24.90 is deducted, unless the product is faulty or does not match the order.

What we offer
More than 500 new home appliances: washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, robot vacuum cleaners, air fryers, coffee makers, air purifiers and humidifiers, portable air conditioners, kettles, toasters, grills and fans.
We sell to private customers in Germany and the other member states of the European Union. Customer support is provided in English.
How we work
- Genuine products: every item is new and supplied with the manufacturer’s original packaging and documentation.
- Competitive prices: we review market prices regularly. All prices include statutory VAT.
- Free shipping: no minimum order, to Germany and the EU.
- 30-day returns: in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; free for faulty, damaged or incorrect products.
- 2-year statutory warranty under the German Civil Code (BGB), plus the manufacturer’s guarantee where it exists.
- Advice: we help you choose a model based on use, energy efficiency and budget.
Where we are
Orders are prepared and dispatched from our logistics centre in Schönefeld near Berlin (Am Logistikpark 18, 12529 Schönefeld, Germany), which is also our return address. We do not operate a physical shop open to the public.
Our philosophy
A home appliance is bought a few times in a lifetime and used every day. That is why we would rather explain than sell: every product page states the energy class, the real consumption, the dimensions and the noise level, and we do not publish claims we cannot back up.
We work by three simple rules:
- One price, no surprises. The amount you see includes VAT and shipping; optional services are listed separately before you pay.
- Written conditions. Delivery times, return costs and the warranty are published and are the same on the product page, in the basket and in our policies.
- A person on the other end. We answer by phone and email and stay with the case until it is resolved.
Environmental commitment
We offer energy-efficient products and, as an optional service you can request by email or phone before ordering, the removal of your old appliance for recycling in line with the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG).
