2. Conclusion of the contract

  • The presentation of products on the website is not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
  • By clicking the order button at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your basket.
  • We confirm receipt of your order by email immediately. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by email (order confirmation) or by dispatching the goods.
  • The contract language is English. We store the contract text and send you the order details and these terms by email.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Delivery to the countries listed in the Shipping and Payment Methods page is free of charge. Optional services are agreed before the order and charged separately. If we notice an obvious error in the price or description before dispatch, we will inform you; you can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it free of charge.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is made online before dispatch via a secure, PCI DSS certified payment page; your bank may request 3-D Secure verification. If payment is not completed, the order is cancelled automatically.

5. Delivery

We deliver to Germany and the other EU member states. Estimated delivery times from order confirmation: 2–7 business days within Germany and 6–8 business days to other EU member states. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you without delay and refund any payment already made.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, the model withdrawal form and our voluntary 30-day return period are set out on the Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Warranty page.

8. Warranty for defects

The statutory warranty rights for defects apply. For new goods the warranty period is two years from delivery. A manufacturer’s guarantee, where offered, applies in addition and does not restrict your statutory rights.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and where we have given a guarantee. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

10. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes is our registered office.

12. Changes

Each order is governed by the terms in force at the time the order is placed.
