Built-in induction hob by Cata, model AS 750. Induction heats the ferromagnetic base of the pan directly, so the glass only warms through contact with the cookware and the response to a change of setting is immediate.
When choosing, look at the cut-out stated by the manufacturer, the overall width, the number and diameter of the zones, the connected load and the electrical connection the installation requires. Induction needs cookware with a ferromagnetic base and a supply sized for the declared load; installation must be carried out by a qualified professional following the manual and the wiring regulations.
