Your statutory right of withdrawal, our voluntary 30-day return period, return costs, refunds and the statutory warranty for defects.
1. Right of withdrawal (statutory information)
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. Where several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the period expires fourteen days after you or the third party acquire physical possession of the last goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (miviti GmbH, Am Logistikpark 18, 12529 Schönefeld, Germany, phone +49 3379 584261, email sales@rinconelectro.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. For returns from Germany we bear the cost of returning the goods. For returns from other EU member states you bear the direct cost of returning the goods, which amounts to EUR 24.90 per order; this also applies to goods that cannot normally be returned by post, which we collect from you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
2. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery;
- the supply of goods that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.

4. Our voluntary 30-day return period
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, you may return goods within 30 calendar days of receipt. For returns after the 14-day statutory period the goods must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. The return costs set out above apply. This voluntary return period does not restrict your statutory rights.

5. How to return an item
- Write to sales@rinconelectro.com or call +49 3379 584261 with your order number, the product and the reason for the return.
- If the product arrived damaged or faulty, please attach photographs of the product and the packaging.
- We reply within 2 business days with a return label or a collection date.
- Pack the product so that it is protected during transport and send it to: Am Logistikpark 18, 12529 Schönefeld, Germany. Please do not send it to the manufacturer.
6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If a product arrives damaged, has a defect or does not match your order, please let us know as soon as possible, attaching photographs and the order number. If the outer packaging was damaged, please also note this on the carrier’s delivery document. Collection or return shipping is free in these cases. A late notification does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
7. Statutory warranty for defects
The statutory warranty rights for defects apply (§§ 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code, BGB). For new goods the warranty period is two years from delivery. If a defect appears within one year of delivery, it is presumed that the goods were already defective at the time of delivery, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or of the defect. Depending on the case, you may require repair or replacement and, under the statutory conditions, withdraw from the contract, reduce the price or claim damages.
A manufacturer’s guarantee, where offered, applies in addition to and does not restrict your statutory warranty rights. Its conditions are set out in the documents supplied with the product.
8. Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal (subject to our right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch). If you have not received a confirmed refund within 15 business days, please write to sales@rinconelectro.com.
