Desiccant dehumidifier by EcoAir, model DD3 Classic MK3. It works from 1 C, so it suits both living areas and unheated garages and cellars, and covers areas of up to 90 m2 with a 4.2 l tank and a weight of only 7.5 kg.
To choose the right size, look at the extraction capacity declared in l/24 h and at the test conditions, at the tank volume and at the option of continuous drainage, and at the noise level if the unit will run at night. Desiccant technology keeps its output in cold rooms such as garages, cellars, storage rooms or boats and returns slightly warmed air; it needs free space around the grilles and a 220-240 V socket.
The data shown comes from the documentation published by the manufacturer; in case of divergence the official datasheet prevails. The product is covered by the two-year statutory warranty for defects under German law (§§ 434 ff. BGB).
