It cooks, blends, kneads, sautés and weighs ingredients in a single appliance: the manufacturer states 37 functions, 10 speeds and adjustable temperature up to 120 °C, with the 3.3-litre stainless steel jug included. The TFT touchscreen shows the step-by-step recipe book and the unit connects to the brand app from a phone.
When comparing cooking robots three things matter: the real jug capacity, whether scales are built in – here they are – and the maximum temperature, which decides whether the appliance really sautés or only heats. The Mambo Touch is programmable, takes steam cooking with the accessories in the range and the jug is dishwasher safe. It needs a 230 V socket and enough worktop space to work with the lid open.
