Indoor electric grill by Ninja, model 6-in-1 MAX Grill DG551UK. It combines grilling, air frying, roasting, baking, dehydrating and reheating in one hinged-lid body, using the forced air circulation the manufacturer calls Cyclonic Air together with a heavy-gauge ceramic-coated grill plate.
The main argument over flat grills is working volume: it takes a 1.4 kg chicken in the cooking pot, up to 6 burgers on the XL grill plate or 1 kg of chips in the crisper basket. It includes the Smart Cook System, a temperature probe that goes into the joint and stops the programme once the chosen doneness is reached, which is useful with red meat and fish. It measures 40 x 28.2 x 42 cm and weighs 7.5 kg; leave headroom to open the lid and use the splatter guard supplied. The data shown comes from the documentation published by the manufacturer; in case of divergence the official datasheet prevails. The product is covered by the two-year statutory warranty for defects under German law (§§ 434 ff. BGB).
