Philips PureProtect Mini 900 AC0920/10 Air Purifier 65 m²

Compact Philips air purifier from the PureProtect Mini 900 range, model AC0920/10. It combines a pre-filter and a HEPA filter in a slim cylindrical body intended for bedrooms and offices, and the manufacturer declares it for rooms of up to 65 m² with a clean air delivery rate of 250 m³/h. It has three speeds, automatic, night and turbo modes and a built-in display.

When choosing an air purifier it is worth comparing the clean air delivery rate (CADR) and the room size the manufacturer declares for it, the filtration stages and the cost and frequency of replacement filters, the noise level in the quietest and in the maximum mode, and the power draw in continuous operation. To deliver the stated figures the unit needs free space around the air inlet and outlet grilles, a position out of the way and a 220-240 V socket; filters are replaced on the schedule given in the manual and are not washed unless the manufacturer allows it.

The data shown comes from the documentation published by the manufacturer; in case of divergence the official product datasheet prevails. The appliance is covered by the two-year statutory warranty for defects under German law (§§ 434 ff. BGB).
