Stadler Form Oskar Humidifier 50 m2 Evaporative 3.5 L

A cube-shaped evaporative humidifier from Stadler Form. Working by cool evaporation it sprays no droplets and leaves no limescale residue on furniture. The manufacturer states a room size of up to 50 m2 or 125 m3, five output levels, a 3.5 litre tank and a draw of between 6 and 18 W, with automatic shut-off when the tank empties and a filter change reminder. It measures 246 x 290 x 246 mm, weighs 3.1 kg and includes a fragrance dispenser.

When choosing a humidifier it is worth comparing the room size declared by the manufacturer, the output in millilitres per hour, the tank volume and the running time that follows from the two, the noise level in night mode and the technology used, because ultrasonic units need softened water or an anti-scale cartridge while cool evaporation leaves no white dust. The tank is emptied and cleaned as often as the manual states, the unit stands on a flat, stable surface away from wooden furniture and textiles, and relative humidity is best kept between 40 and 60 per cent.

The data shown is taken from the documentation published by the manufacturer; where they differ, the official product sheet prevails. The appliance is covered by the two-year statutory warranty of conformity (RDL 1/2007).
